Governor Pat Quinn Delivers Fifth State of the State Address

Five years to the day when he was sworn in to replace ousted former Governor Rod Blagojevich, incumbent Governor Pat Quinn (D) Chicago, delivered his fifth State of the State message to the Illinois General Assembly.
